Mindfulness + Compassion = Inner Peace

I feel that practicing mindfulness and compassion and finding inner peace is important for the entire AAC Community as it will help every individual in the field cope with their stressful days, or accomplishing their daily tasks. I also feel that these topics are beneficial for the rest of the world: it is important to keep talking about them and spreading the word. Mindfulness, compassion and inner peace are also vital for personal growth, both mentally and spiritually: they are essential for physical and psychological health.
