A special letter from conference organizers Lia Kalinnikova, Pomor State University, Department of Social Work, and Magnus Magnusson, Stockholm University, Department of Special Education, on the 7th Eastern and Central European Regional Augmentative and Alternative Communication Conference (ECER-AACC), June 29-July 2, 2009.
