Ein besonderer Brief der KonferenzorganisatorInnen Lia Kalinnikova, Pomor State University, Abteilung Soziale Arbeit, und Magnus Magnusson, Stockholm University, Abteilung für Sonderpädagogik, über die 7. Ost- und Zentraleuropäische Regionalkonferenz über Unterstützte Kommunikation, 29.06.-02.07.2009. Es war die erste Konferenz über Unterstützte Kommunikation in Russland. Das Hauptziel war es, in Russland und den früheren Ländern der Sowjetunion Informationen über Forschung, praktische Erfahrungen und Hilfsmitteltechnik auszutauschen.
