Following on from the inaugural international Conference on Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology (i-CREATe) in Singapore last year,  the second such convention will be held in Bangkok, Thailand next year. 

The inaugural 4-day convention attracted more than 250 delegates from diverse backgrounds, such as engineers, researchers, lecturers, practitioners, users and students. The 2nd i-CREATe in Bangkok, Thailand from 13 to 15 May, aims to provide a stage for technical exchanges and exhibition regarding the advanced technologies, equipment, techniques and materials applied in the field of Assistive & Rehabilitative Technology (ART).  It will attract governmental officials, policy planning staff, managers, researchers and technicians in relevant field to discuss their ideas and experiences, and also includes a student design competition.
