ISAAC’s bylaws were revised in 2009 as a result of an organizational restructuring process. They were approved by a majority vote of the Council on August 27, 2008.

Restructuring of ISAAC for 2009

As agreed by the former Board of Directors of ISAAC in April 2007, a proposal as developed for changed governance structures for ISAAC, including a review of structures and responsibilities, as well as a review of standing committees and task forces. The new structure was approved at the biennial board meeting in August 2008. The changes came into effect as of January 2009.
